The CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard® usually has an offer of 65,000 bonus miles for new applicants. So this bonus is probably a small improvement, depending on your valuation of American Airlines AAdvantage miles.
The spending requirement is pretty low at $1,500 within the first three months. That makes it a better choice for those who don’t have lots of organic spend. On top of that, the $99 annual fee is waived for the first year.
