Bilt Rent Day Benefits for November

Bilt’s November Rent Day is almost here. This month’s offers include a huge transfer bonus for British Airways Avios, other targeted promotions and more offerings through the Neighborhood Dining Series. Additionally, you can take advantage of the usual Rent Day goodies such as double points for all your purchases and more. Let’s check out the details.

British Avios Transfer Bonus

On November 1st, all Bilt Members can enjoy a transfer bonus to British Airways Avios. However, Bilt is testing out a new targeted bonus this month. The transfer bonus varies between 50% and 100%, and it is not based on Bilt status. It could be random, or more possibly the higher rate applies to those who haven’t transferred Bilt points in the past, or have done very few transfers.

The transfer bonus period is from November 1st, 2024 at 12:00am ET until November 2nd, 2:59am ET in the Bilt Rewards app or website. 

Other Targeted Offers

Besides the targeted transfer bonus, there are also some other targeted offer that are showing up for select members. That includes:

• Double points on grocery purchases now through October 31, up to 500 bonus points.
• Waived fee (normally 3%) for using Alaska card to pay for rent, up to $2,500 payment.

Neighborhood Dining Series

Bilt is continuing its offerings of all-inclusive reservations at top Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants. Each reservation will feature a curated tasting menu with dishes from renowned chefs and a selection of premium cocktails for Bilt Member exclusive pricing. Book a seat for yourself starting at $100 or 4,000 Bilt points.  

Earn Up to 6X Points for One Day

Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:

• DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
• TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
• OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)

Cardholders will receive double earnings, but now only up to 1,000 bonus points. Promotion period runs between 12:00am ET on November 1 through 11:59pm PT on November  1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can usually earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day.

‘Rent Free’ Game Show

This is a game show where your favorite creators and personalities play to help you win free rent.1,000 Bilt Members have answered some juicy hypothetical questions. Your challenge will be to see how well you know your fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your November rent paid.
