American Express Perks During the 2024 U.S. Open
As the US Open 2024 Tennis Championships are underway, eligible US American Express Card Members can take advantage of several offer that will enhance the experience and they them money.
American Express has been a proud partner of the USTA for more than 30 years, and continues to enhance the value of Amex membership at the US Open Tennis Championships. This year, Amex will be welcoming Card Members and tennis fans to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center with fan-favorite experiences, as well as a wide range of new perks from August 19 – September 8.
Select members get lounge access at the US Open and they can also enroll for Amex Offers through the US Open App or at Amex branded locations across the grounds.
The US Open American Express Fan Experience
Located near the Main Entry and across from Louis Armstrong Stadium, the 20,000 square-foot Fan Experience will bring new and fan-favorite experiences for all fans and Amex Card Members throughout US Open Fan Week (Aug 19 – 25) and the tournament (Aug 26 – Sep 8), including:
- A tennis ball customization station with a variety of preset designs and letters for initials (while supplies last)
- Consoles to play a Tie Break round in new tennis video game, TopSpin 2K25
- Amex is the exclusive presenting partner of the US Open Tournament within TopSpin 2K25 from August 15 – October 10, as well as the exclusive sponsor of Season 3 of the Centre Court Pass, which includes Amex and US Open Tennis co-branded rewards for all players who compete
- Glow Tennis, an interactive, mixed-reality game
- An interactive, live mural experience designed by Russell Abrahams, a Cape Town-based illustrator and founder of the illustration studio Yay Abe, for fans to make their mark on the US Open
The Amex Card Member Lounge
Located on the second level of the US Open American Express Fan Experience and open exclusively to Card Members with up to two enrolled guests, the Lounge will feature an expanded Ralph Lauren Clubhouse offering exclusive merchandise from their Create Your Own kiosk for purchase, a pre-packaged mini scoop of the new limited-edition ice cream flavor (while supplies last; offered periodically each day of the tournament), live portrait sketches from The Artist Zac and SLEW, and more.
The Centurion Lounge® at US Open
Platinum Card® Members will have access to a pop-up Centurion Lounge on the second level of Louis Armstrong Stadium. Same-day, 1-hour reservations are required via Resy and will be released daily, starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on August 26 through September 8 (subject to availability). Platinum Card Members with an eligible Card linked to their Resy profile can book a reservation for up to two (2) persons. Guests can enjoy specialty dishes curated by Cédric Vongerichten, Executive Chef for the Centurion Lounge at LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Michael Solomonov, Executive Chef for the Centurion Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and featured chef partner for the new Centurion Lounge at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The menu includes savory dishes such as Beef Short Ribs with Sesame Tamarind Glaze and Pickled Cucumbers and Onions & Grilled Spiced Zucchini with Eggplant Baba Ganoush, Hazelnuts & Cilantro. The cocktail menu features an Espresso Martini and grapefruit mocktail crafted by Centurion Lounge Mixologist Jim Meehan, along with the signature cocktail of the US Open, GREY GOOSE® Honey Deuce and the Aperol® Spritz*.
The Centurion Lounge at US Open opens daily at 11:00 a.m. ET.
