If you’re looking for a cheap vacation, Bluegreen Vacations has a new timeshare offer that can get you just that at many destinations around the country. Bluegreen Vacations is now owned by Hilton Grand Vacations, but it still has a relationship with Choice Hotels.
This timeshare offer can get you a 3-night stay for $279, and you will receive a $275 Mastercard gift card. That makes it almost free, but you have to sit through a two hour presentation. You can also check out my experience in Las Vegas with a similar offer from Marriott Vacation Club.

How it Works

You will pay $279 for a three night stay, although you can possibly try to get a better deal. Travel must be completed within 12 months of vacation package purchase date.
As part of the promotion, you agree to attend and complete an approximately two-hour Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation and tour on the benefits of timeshare ownership at the Bluegreen Vacations preview center in the selected destination area. Once you complete this timeshare presentation, then you will receive a $275 Mastercard gift card.
Important Terms
- Must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification.
- Must have a gross annual household income of at least $50,000 (this income requirement may be waived if one of the participants is 62 years of age or older
- If married, or cohabiting with a significant other who is participating in this offer, both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation and tour together.
- Residents of North Dakota and South Dakota and any states where registration or licensing requirements have not been met are not eligible for this promotion.
- Any promotional gift(s) and/or a reservation incentive(s) that are offered with this promotion will be provided upon completion of the approximately two-hour timeshare sales presentation and tour (or earlier if required by law), unless specified otherwise.

Guru’s Wrap-up
Normally we see offers that give you bonus points for attending a timeshare presentation. This Bluegreen Vacations promotion gives you a $275 gift card instead, which almost covers the cost of the three night stay. It’s not the bets of deals, but it can be an almost free stay at one of 19 destinations available.
Just make sure to prepare yourself to attend the 2-hour presentations, and be ready to say “NO” repeatedly. They can’t force you to buy anything, but again not everyone can say “no” endlessly. They make those deals sound pretty good.
If that’s something you’re not comfortable with, might be best to skip this Bluegreen Vacations timeshare offer. But if you’ve done this before, or are confident that you will resist the temptation, then it could be a good opportunity.
