Make sure to add the offer to your card before purchasing the Walmart+ membership.

The Amex Platinum Card and Business Gold Card give you a monthly credit of $12.95 plus tax for Walmart+. So if you have one of those two cards, you can already get Walmart+ for free, and you can’t use this promotion because it requires an annual membership instead of monthly.
