The Amtrak Guest Rewards Preferred Mastercard (formerly Amtrak Guest Rewards World Mastercard) has a limited time offer of 30,000 bonus points. The spending requirement is relatively low, only $2,000 withing three billing cycles. This is a good offer considering the value of Amtrak points. However, it is not the bets ever offer for this card.
