Bilt Rent Day Benefits for July
Bilt’s July Rent Day is almost here. This month’s offers include a transfer bonus and status match for Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan and a new Neighborhood Dining Series. Additionally, you can take advantage of the usual Rent Day goodies such as double points for all your purchases, free points with the Rent Day quiz, and more. Let’s jump into the details.

Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Transfer Bonus
For this Rent Day, you can take advantage of a Bilt status-based transfer bonus with Alaska Airlines. As a oneworld® Alliance member, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles can be used with oneworld® airline members serving more than 1,000 destinations around the world.
On July 1, receive a bonus on Bilt points transferred to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan with your bonus percentage based on your Bilt Elite Status as of July 1, 2024:

The transfer bonus is live July 1st from Midnight ET until July 2nd, 2:59 AM ET. Transfer bonuses will be given on the first 50,000 Bilt Points transferred for each Bilt member. Cumulative transfers of more than 50,000 Bilt points to Alaska Airlines miles during the transfer window will not be bonused and will be processed as 1:1 transfers to Alaska Airlines miles.
Elite Status Match
From June 25th to July 1st, Bilt Platinum Members will be able to activate Alaska MVP Gold Status and Bilt Gold Members will be able to activate Alaska MVP Status, both with the transfer of 10,000 Bilt points to Alaska. Alaska Mileage Plan status will be good through December 31, 2024. To activate this offer, you must transfer 10,000 Bilt points to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan from the dedicated elite status pages.
The 10,000 Bilt points you transfer in order to activate status are not eligible for the Alaska Airlines Transfer Bonus offer and will not be counted towards the 50,000 point bonus limit. 
Neighborhood Dining Series
Bilt is launching a new Neighborhood Dining Series. Each month, you can choose all-inclusive reservations at select Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants. Each reservation will feature a curated tasting menu with dishes from renowned chefs and a selection of premium cocktails for Bilt Member exclusive pricing.
The Neighborhood Dining Series will be available in the following cities: NYC, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Washington DC.
Exclusive to July, among 18 total restaurants, this will include Omakase Experiences at Sushi Bar in 4 cities. These experiences will feature a curated tasting menu alongside Brooklyn Peltz Beckham’s premium grade Japanese sake, “WESAKE.”
Book a seat for yourself and your guests starting at $75 or 6,000 Bilt points per person. Available on June 27th in the Bilt app at 12:00 ET for Platinum Members, 12:10 ET for Gold Members, 12:20 for Silver Members, and 12:30 for Blue Members. 
Earn Up to 6X Points for One Day
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 10,000 bonus points. Promotion period runs between 12:00am ET on July 1 through 11:59pm PT on July 1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can usually earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day (up to 16X for this month).
Earn 250 Free Points
Log in the Bilt Rewards app on March 1st to play Bilt’s ‘Point Quest’ trivia, with Bilt Points up for grabs! Answer 5 questions, and win up to 150 Bilt Points. Answer all 5 questions correctly and you’ll get access to a bonus question for another 100 Bilt Points. That’s a total of 250 free Bilt Points. ‘Rent Free’ Game Show
This is a game show where your favorite creators and personalities play to help you win free rent.
1,000 Bilt Members have answered some juicy hypothetical questions. Your challenge will be to see how well you know your fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your July rent paid.
