A year after adding a 1,500-agent Florida affiliate to its ranks, Texas-based brokerage United Real Estate has brought Oregon mega affiliate MORE Realty into the fold.

“United Real Estate was purpose-built to prioritize the well-being of the people and communities we serve,” United Real Estate Group CEO Dan Duffy said in a statement. “Every decision we make is guided by our commitment to helping our partners and agents grow and thrive. Paul and Denise [Knighton] and their leadership team have built MORE Realty on a foundation of compassion and care with the same dedication to helping others. We are excited to welcome them into our national network and be a part of the continuation and acceleration of their success.”
Founded in 2015, MORE Realty boasts 900 agents across Oregon, Washington, Nevada and New Mexico. The Knightons will retain their ownership of MORE Realty, and the brokerage will keep its name, leadership and staff while gaining access to United’s marketing, technology, training, education and recruitment services.
Paul and Denise Knighton said United Real Estate will enable them to provide “the best possible support” for its agents and access invaluable collaboration opportunities with the brokerage’s strong network of broker-owners.

“The main drivers in our decision to affiliate with United are the people we’ll be working with and the trust we have in them, as well as the added opportunities for our agents that this will bring,” Paul said in a prepared statement. “We have found good people we can trust in United. Their talent, collaboration and resources will enable us to work toward something greater together than we could on our own. Our company ownership, name, identity and culture remain intact, and we now have even more resources to help agents thrive.”
“I’m particularly excited about United’s Bullseye Cloud-Based Productivity Platform. It offers a seamless, single-login experience for agents and staff to access all the tools they need, saving valuable time and simplifying workflows,” Denise added. “The National Referral Network is another incredible asset, as it will connect our agents’ clients they refer out of state with trusted agents across the country. The referral department handles all the work to match clients with agents and manage the transaction, freeing up our team to focus on what they do best.”
With the addition of MORE Realty, United now flexes more than 22,000 agents across 170 offices in 34 states. The brokerage said it’s already pursuing expansion opportunities along the West Coast, now that MORE Realty has opened the door for them to reach other brokerages in Nevada and New Mexico.
“Paul, Denise and team will be such great additions to our national network,” United President Rick Haase said in a statement. “Their culture and appetite for excellence is perfectly aligned with our mission to improve the financial trajectory of our agents’ and brokers’ careers and lives. Our ability to deliver high-impact tools and services as well our national network of brokerage operations experts will be rocket fuel to their growth.”
