Bilt Rent Day Benefits for February 1st
Bilt’s February Rent Day is almost here. This month’s offers include transfer bonus of up to 100% for Avianca LifeMiles, the opening of Bilt Cafe in NYC, and more offerings through the Neighborhood Dining Series. Additionally, you can take advantage of the usual Rent Day goodies such as double points for all your purchases and more. Let’s check out the details.

Avianca LifeMiles Transfer Bonus
This Rent Day, there’ a new Avianca LifeMiles status based transfer bonus on February 1st. Avianca is part of the Star Alliance, meaning you can use your LifeMiles to book travel with Avianca or select flights on their 24 Star Alliance partners including United, Air Canada or TAP Portugal. The transfer bonus promotion is active from February 1st, 2025 at 12:00am ET until February 1st 2025, 11:59pm PT in the Bilt Rewards app or website.

You must be enrolled in the Avianca LifeMiles loyalty program to transfer your Bilt points to Avianca LifeMiles. Bilt points can be converted in increments of 1,000. Bilt Blue members must transfer a minimum of 2,000 points.
J Balvin Tickets
To celebrate J Balvin’s Back to the Rayo Tour, Bilt is giving away a limited quantity of tickets alongside a special edition coffee blend from Colombia. All proceeds go to Vibra En Alta, J Balvin’s nonprofit that exists to uplift individuals through music, education and connection.
With the purchase of a canister, you’ll also receive two floor seat tickets to Balvin’s highly anticipated tour, Back to the Rayo in the city of your choice – worth a combined $400+ in value. The cost is 10,000 Bilt points or $200 for this offering.

Bilt Cafe
There’s a new neighborhood cafe on Bond St, Noho—Bilt’s home base featuring Maman’s food and drinks. Celebrate Rent Day with a complimentary black coffee (hot or iced) & one classic chocolate chip cookie when you show your membership in the Bilt app. Below are the dates for this offer:
- January 28th – January 31st: 7:30am -6pm
- The first 50 Bilt Members will be eligible to redeem this offer during this time period.
- February 1st: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Private Dining Experiences
This Rent Day, Bilt is launching a new, intimate Private Dining Experience in collaboration with OpenTable where Bilt Members can share a meal in the private dining room of New York City’s sought-after restaurants.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Series
Each month, Bilt drops all-inclusive reservations at top Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants. Each reservation will feature a curated tasting menu with dishes from renowned chefs and the option to add premium cocktails and beverages for Bilt Member exclusive pricing.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Neighborhood Comedy Experiences is back with comedian and impressionist Matt Friend who has curated top-tier performers at venues that aren’t your typical comedy clubs. Each show transforms these iconic spaces into an intimate setting, complete with drinks and light bites.

Earn Up to 6X Points for One Day
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings, but now only up to 1,000 bonus points. Promotion period runs between 12:00am ET on February 1 through 11:59pm PT on February 1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can usually earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day.
‘Rent Free’ Game Show
This is a game show where your favorite creators and personalities play to help you win free rent.
1,000 Bilt Members have answered some juicy hypothetical questions. Your challenge will be to see how well you know your fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your November rent paid. 
SoulCycle Rent Day Rides
Experience SoulCycle’s signature 45-minute full-body indoor cycling workout, on us. Book your complimentary bike directly in the Bilt App — 10 bikes available in 56 classes across the country, on a first come, first served basis. Plus, one lucky rider will win a free month of rent.
Rumble Boxing
Rumble Boxing classes as part of our Fitness Experiences. Members will be able to book a “Rent Day Rumble” free class at select studios in New York, Miami Beach, Chicago, West Hollywood, Washington, D.C., Frisco, and Alpharetta directly through the Bilt Rewards app.
Platinum Members will be able to secure their spot first beginning at 10:50am ET on January 28th, 2025. Following that, regular members will be able to secure their spot beginning at 11:00am ET on January 28th, 2025. Rent Day Rumble classes can’t be canceled and failing to show up may result in a $30 charge.
