Americans Expect to Spend a Record-Breaking $221 Billion on Summer Vacations This Year
Americans continue to signal that travel is splurge-worthy and are again setting new records for vacation spending in 2024. For a second consecutive year, Americans’ total spend on summer vacations is expected to remain north of the $200 billion mark, this year exceeding $221.6 billion. Americans have more than doubled their projected summer vacation spending since the inception of the pandemic. The 2024 figure represents an approximately 3.5% increase over last year, but a whopping 118% jump compared to 2019. Read more

Air Premia has started operating flights between San Francisco and Incheon four times a week, expanding the connection between the Americas and Korea. Man discovers it’s cheaper to live in an all-inclusive 5-star resort than rent in UK city
A man has gone viral on social media after realising it is cheaper to live in a 5-star all-inclusive hotel than rent his city flat. Josh Kerr pays £950 a month for his apartment in Manchester but later found out it would cost him £938 to book an all-inclusive resort in Turkey for 28 nights, including flights. Target Lowering Prices on 5,000 Frequently Shopped Items
Target says it will lower everyday regular prices on approximately 5,000 frequently shopped items across its assortment. The retailer has just reduced prices on about 1,500 items, with thousands more price cuts planned to take effect over the course of the summer. Consumers will enjoy savings on everyday items such as milk, meat, bread, soda, fresh fruit and vegetables, snacks, yogurt, peanut butter, coffee, diapers, paper towels, pet food and more. Read more

United Airlines Debuts New, Limited-Edition Wrexham AFC Amenity Kits and Pajamas
