American Express and Hilton have launched a new welcome bonus for the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card. The annual fee on this card recently increased by $55 and there’s a new design.

This 155K bonus is a good offer for the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass Card. However, we saw a better offer for 175,000 bonus points earlier this year.
American Express is also offering an increased bonus of 175,000 points for the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card.
