The Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard usually has an offer of 60,000 bonus miles for new applicants. So this bonus is probably a slight improvement, depending on your valuation of American Airlines AAdvantage miles. The spending requirement is pretty low at $1,500 within the first three months. On top of that, the $99 annual fee is waived for the first year.
With that said, we have seen better offers in the past either for 75,000 miles or for a better mix of miles and credits.
