Investors geared up for a key US inflation report later today that could provide clues on the path for Federal Reserve monetary policy and look ahead to highly anticipated talks between US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping for clues on Sino-US relations. Investors also await a slew of Chinese economic numbers this week including industrial production, retail sales and unemployment data.
